　　昨天有幸在人民大学的逸夫报告厅，听了 Scott McNealy 先生的演讲。 Scott McNealy 作为 Sun 的四大创始人之一，也是一直领导着 Sun 的发展和前进。

　　演讲一开始，Scott 就问了一个关于现场有多少人想创业、想创办自己的公司，随后说“当别人都说这是一个好主意的时候，千万别去做”，场下给予的热烈的掌声， Scott 随后解释到“当别人都认为这是一个好点子的时候，就会有很多人去做，很多人去做，那么你就没有一些主动，没有主动就没有盈利，没有盈利当然也就何谈生意？”

　　演讲中， Scott 说的最多的词之一，恐怕要算“理念”了，的确， Sun 公司作为一家高科技公司，有着自己的理念，有着对教育事业、对学生的理念，有着自己的企业文化，有着对开源的执著和热爱，这一切都是 — 理念。其一直倡导的 “The Network is the Computer” 现在更是被 Google 重新提了出来 — Cloud Computing。
